• Chicken And Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups

    Dinner mlm tadi with Chicken Lasagna Roll je. Kekadang dah jemu makan nasi…so since bahan2 utk this recipe dah tersedia ada….apa lg belasah aje le cuba buat….Ni kira first time cuba recipe yg telah dicaca merbakan…ambik sana sini sikit2 and last sekali follow tekak kita orang Malaysia…he..he…memang sedap…anak2 makan punyer le berselera…..next time boleh cuba lagi.
    Chicken And Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups
    Ingredients
    400gm minced chicken (Ayamas/Ramly)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup fresh milk
    1 medium onion, garlic - chopped
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 tin Prego Spaghetti Sauce (Traditional)
    ½ tsp Italian seasoning
    2 tablespoon butter
    10 lasagna noodles, (Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Keep warm).
    Directions
    Melt butter, add onion & garlic. Cook over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, continue cooking until chicken is lightly browned + fresh milk+egg.  Remove from heat, stir in ½ cup mozzarella and salt. Tabur black pepper and Italian seasoning and gaulkan.
    Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each lasagna noodle; roll up tightly
    In a baking dish, spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce

    BEFORE - Chicken Roll dibanjiri cheeseeeeeeeeeee

    Arrange lasagna rolls, seam-side down in sauce in baking dish. Lapiskan sauce tadi ngan ground chicken cooked and lapis lg ngan spaghetti sauce.

    Top with ½ cup mozzarella + parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serve, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese and tabur dgn Italian seasoning n daun ketumbar as hiasan.
